Scope

This page explains the scope of our public corporate website. It is not a license agreement for an Ecoo app or a commercial agreement for the platform. Those relationships are governed by the applicable separate documents.

Inquiries and program descriptions

Sending an inquiry does not place an order or create a paid subscription. Program examples explain possible uses of the platform. A particular function, integration, partner network or operating arrangement is available only within the scope agreed for that program. Examples do not guarantee business outcomes or regulatory approval.

Content and external websites

We take reasonable care with website information and welcome reports of errors. Information can change and should be confirmed before it is relied on for a business decision. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. External websites are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own information and terms.

Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory rights. It does not override obligations in a separate agreement.

Appropriate use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content or misuse its contact form. Rights to website content are described in the legal notice.

Apps and wallets

The existing app and wallet terms, in English and the relevant program documents apply in their own scope. This website-use page does not amend them. For help with an existing program, use its own support contact.
