Turn a verified activity into a reward people can spend
Use your own benefit currency to reward a defined activity. Participants receive funded credit and spend it at selected businesses. Your organization sets the qualifying action, reward, and conditions of use. Ecoo provides the platform for issuing and using the credit. The way an activity is verified, and any connection to another system, is agreed as part of the program.
Make the reward relevant to the audience
Possible uses include completed learning, event participation, verified energy savings, or another clearly defined activity. The reward needs useful places to spend, a clear explanation, and confirmed funding.
For example, a utility could reward verified energy savings with credit for selected local businesses. A membership organization could reward participation in an approved activity. These are possible applications, not standard programs with providers already included.
Define the trigger and the spending rules
Agree who confirms the activity, when credit is issued, how much is provided, and which businesses accept it. Set eligibility, limits, and expiration dates. Automatic triggers require a supported and tested connection to the relevant information. Issuing credit does not itself verify that the activity happened.
Campaigns can explain the activity, notify participants, and remind them to use their reward. Advanced challenge tools, cashback, and additional automation require separate product confirmation.
Measure participation and use separately from impact
Follow rewards issued, payments, participating businesses, and repeat use. Confirming a reward was spent does not prove that it caused a behavior change. Define any wider outcome and the comparison needed to assess it before launch.
